Introducing Mr. Ibraheem Rasheed Odunayo, an esteemed Administrator and a school leader with over two decades of teaching experience in both the Nigerian and Cambridge Assessment International Education curricula.
He holds a first degree in English and a second degree in Guidance and Counselling, showcasing his commitment to academic excellence. His international exposure with Cambridge includes expertise in IGCSE English as First Language, IGCSE English as Second Language, IGCSE Speaking Test Component 5, and Cambridge English Checkpoint for Lower Secondary.
A certified Global Core Skills practitioner, Mr. Ibraheem advocates for the integration of core skills in the classroom, promoting a holistic and forward-thinking educational approach. His dedication to continuous learning is evident through various licenses and certificates, including Inclusive Learning and Teaching Environment from the University of Southampton, and Making Teacher Education Relevant for 21st Century Africa from The Open University.
In addition to his role as Principal, Mr. Ibraheem is a certified Human Resource Practitioner, offering consultancy services to schools in the FCT and beyond. His expertise extends to school setup and restructuring, Cambridge setup and training, whole school evaluation and inspection, recruitment, and in-house staff training.
Mr. Ibraheem's leadership achievements were recently acknowledged with a national award in Leadership and Productivity by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity. As a visionary educator, he has pioneered two international schools successfully in Abuja and currently serves on the Advisory Board of one.
